Potomac River, around Lower Cedar Point area. Here's a hint, find warm waters around that area and you'll be bailing fish over the side of your boat or give me a call and hop on the boat with me.

the spawning perch have moved into the rivers in the upper bay. got 4 white perch over 1 lb!!! nothing under 10 inches (where are the males?) and about 200 lbs of catfish off of 1 fyke net. got a bunch of yellow perch too but most were over the slot limit. i hate throwing back fish that are too big, but they are full of roe.
