Crabmeat, cream cheese, leeks, and a 1/2 pinch of sugar. Put a dollop in the center of your wrappers/skins and fold 'em however you want 'em. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to firm the mixture up. Fry at 350 till golden brown. Make sure your seals are just that sealed or the cheese will leak out and make a mess in the fryer. Let me know how they turn out. thumbsup

That's mostly what plum sauce is, apricot. Go figure.  And to make sure you get a good seal as you crimp, a little egg wash works great. Kind of like making a ravioli. Get the air out and then seal.
