Matt, if you have a boat, virtually anywhere in Curtis Bay or Curtis Creek can be productive. As I said in a previous post, the crabs are there right now. Anywhere you can find 4-6' of water will hold crabs. I personally stay away from the petroleum docks, but there's a lot of other water in the area. This area is not heavily crabbed, primarily due to access. The only convenient launch ramp is at the Coast Guard Station, and you have to have a U.S. Government or military (active duty/retired) to use it. Give it a try if you can; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
