Name/address on pull pot floats?

 I know the 2' x 2' pots you leave out overnight need that info. But if your running 15 pull pots, do the floats also need your name and address?

I had a DNREC police actually pull one of my floats up the other day to see what it was.  When he stopped me he said he had never seen a float set-up like that before and thought is was really neat and functional .  My name and address are not on the floats.  Therefore, if I needed my name on them he would have fined me or gave me a warning.
