Hi guys. First time posting on here. I live in Philadelphia and I crab there and in NJ all the time. For the first time I'm going crabbing in Virginia Beach and I keep seeing Rudee Inlet. How good is that for crabs and is it crowded? Any other spots in that general vicinity?

Thanks - Crabby Joe

Not much shoreline access.  I would expect that you would catch a lot of sponge crabs this time of year.

You can try at the narrows (part of first landing state park) turn away from the ocean on 64th street two more spots are along the shoreline at Lynhaven fishing pier and near the bridge a Lynhaven Inlet.  For the last spot there is parking on the SW end of the bridge.
