Hello,
I am visiting NC in November and plan to use traps in the Sound. Do I need to purchase a recreational license to do this? If so what is the fee? Are there any restrictions or trap limit or type, or hours of use? Also I want to use a few pots from a pier, are there any requirements regarding pots from a pier?
