A note for genecrabman

We met Gene Tuesday 9/7 and purchased a bushel of crabs, and I mean a BUSHEL of crabs.
When we were done the count was 87 and all alive and fighting to get away. I ate crabs for the next 4 days.
If anyone out there needs crabs Gene is the CRABMAN.

One thing for sure is that Gene will be honest with you about what you're buying.......and he will also give you a FULL packed bushel of crabs.

You will get what you pay for Wink

I'll be seeing Gene next week. Decided to waste time fishing instead of crabbing this trip.

Can't wait to get some from him.

Gene did well by me also, and quite a few others up here last fall/winter. Definitely top notch. Hoping he doesn't forget about us this year too. Wink laugh

If it takes a chicken and a half a day and a half to lay an egg and a half, how long would it take for a squirrel with a wodden leg to kick the seeds out of a dill pickle? Think about it, or not.

Thanks Gene, I thought you'd never ask. I didn't get out as much as I wanted to this year. But that's OK. I'll wait to see if we get a crab drive set up later this year. I don't think I'd be able to use all the bushels you brought up last year by myself. laugh laugh laugh

I said I couldn't use ALL the bushels Gene brought up myself. I can definitely polish off a bushel myself.

I was hoping that might be the case. Everyone around here is still chasing 'em, so I'm sure it'll be a while. Besides, Gene says he's just now starting to get into the good ones. The ones he saves for me.  laugh laugh laugh Let me know when you want that cheesecake Gene. Grin

It's all about the hunt and the chase. Not the kill, or eating cheesecake. laugh laugh
