about that crab: A photo released in early October shows a new species of crab found south of Easter Island by Census vent explorers that was so unusual it warranted awhole new family designation: Kiwidae. The genetic diversity of the plants that we grow and eat could be lost forever due to climate change, threatening future food security, the UN's Food and Agricultural Organisation says

Evolution of ALL species has been occurring since the planet formed. Personally, I'm pretty happy that the dinosaurs and saber tooth tigers are extinct (makes it a lot simpler for me when I go outside to avoid being consumed by a larger predator). Any changes to the diversity of the food supply will be offset by the NEW plants and animals that evolve as the climate changes. (by the way, this crab may have been there for quite a long time, the so called scientists are just now developing the techniques and equipment to study those areas).

Land Crab delivered pizza to my house. He first identified himself as a pizza delivery boy, but I saw through his devious ruse.

What's silly about it?
To me it looked like an orangutan with those long furry arms. And if you remember the Clint movie "Any Which Way But Loose", you'd remember the classic line, "Right turn Clyde". At which point, Clyde the orangutan, would stick out his right arm and sort of punch. Now, knowing that the strength of most primates is well above that of humans, the subsequent right jab was a pretty powerful punch. So, SHUT UP YOU HAIRY APE.

OK, silly for a Pup.
I worked in Jackson Hole Wy. for a couple of summers. Jackson was where some of the pic was filmed. Most people recognize the antler arches. Yes they are real. The town of Jackson has an elk refuge that many of the elk use to winter over. The boy scouts are the only ones permitted to search for sheds on the property. Can't remember if the arches in the movie came from them. OK back to
orange fuzzy crabs.
