should work fine, but take the skin off them if that has not already been done.  fowl necks work like chicken necks  but gotta have to skin off for best results...

Friend of mine runs a waterfowl taxidermy class and he saved a bunch of goose necks/parts for me.  I used them in aug and sept.  They certainly work as bait and the price was right, but no noticable difference in catch versus chicken necks.
