I fished off the pier this Saturday.  In all my life living in NYC I never thought you could fish the East River. 

But, I managed to catch a 16 inch blue in about 5hrs on the pier.

I caught a striper there the other day lmao Tongue not many ppl fish there but there are a lot of dogs running around along with kids Tongue

As the weather is warming there are a lot of people starting to hit the pier.  I saw about 10 ppl fishing there yesterday.  Only thing is that area is super windy.

I thought of trying there a couple of times but saw too many shoe crabs.. insane population.
