                                        Stuffed Crabs
                                       Torta Alimasag ( Philipine )


 2 Dz. Blue claw Crabs
  ( save the outer shell )
 1 small Onion ( diced )
 2 Garlic Cloves ( diced )
 2 Med Lrg Tomatoes ( diced )
 2 lrg Potatoes   ( diced )
 10 Jumbo Shrimp Peeled and Chopped ( Optional )
 1 egg
       Batter
 1 egg
 1/2 Cup Flour
 3/4 Cup Milk mix together add 1/2 cup bread crumbs salt pepper to taste


 Boilor Steam Crabs, pick all the meat out, sautee onion, and garlic then add Tomatoes
 and the Potatoes,cook til almost tender,add Shrimp give it a stir, cook 1 minute.
 Let cool after its cool,stir in Crab meat then add the egg as a binder.

 Stuff the outer shell with the mixture, make a batter coat crabs with the mixture.
 In a large skillet heat 1/2 inch of olive oil, Place the Crabs batter side down,  
 fry til golden brown enjoy!

 Extra filling can be used to make wontons
