Hello all,

I'm considering opening a crab house in Northern VA.  I've already spoken to a couple of suppliers on the gulf coast and got some pretty good feedback so far.  I would obviously like to feature chesapeake bay crab (when available) considering where we are, but at the end of the day it all comes down to the best bang for my buck!  If all goes well, we should be open early fall.  What kind of prices should I expect for what I think should be a pretty high volume restaurant (for an inland location)??  Please PM me with contact info, pricing, delivery info and min. orders if necessary.  Thanks!

I'm also in NOVA and looking for some contacts.  Considering starting a crab business here too. Perhaps we could share some information and insight.
