Everyone ones there is no Crabs in Virgina  but it also seems there also no crabs in New Jersey

This is the website I use most often.  I also like that it lets me know when the best fishing times should be.  It has other info also.

Can you tell me if + 2 hours should be added to these charts to get the high/low tides in the bay ?

In the black bar at the top of the page click "New Jersey".  A list of all available tidal stations will be listed.  Simply pick the location where you would like tide predictions.  There are a number of Del Bay stations to pick from.
