A friend of mine ran my pots (1 week soak) and it was good news, 22 pots and 76 nice crabs.  No, not all 10", not 9", not even any over 8", but the majority were 7".  The northshore of the lake is still holding some salinity and the crabs and estuarine species are piled up there.  Although I didn't get to go I did get to eat them.  He is from Rockville and a friend of his from college was down from Dover, DE, they had a blast. They went out today and caught a limit (10) of redfish.  I'm pretty sure Matt from Dover will be flying into BWI with a hangover Smiley

Wow Kirk that sounds great.  I caught some big reds in my traps yesterday.  3-5 pounders, specs and puppy drum.

I'm bringing my fishing pole with me on my next trip.  I'm so far out in the middle that I can't judge which shore line is closest.
