if your close to charlotte go to resturant depot\ jetro,they sell 50# box for around $40

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately I'm not close the Charlotte.  I'm heading down from the Richmond VA area to Rodanthe for vacation and plan to do a bushel.  Really I just need a couple 16oz or 32oz containers if I can get them somewhere on the way.
