Hey Crabbin in CT, I'll be going down to the town docks in Clinton early Saturday with my little boy. I think the tide will be with us.  I haven't crabbed in years except for a couple of hours over the past few weeks (just trying to give my son the experience), so I am no expert... You are welcome to join us! PM me if interested, I can give you directions if you don't know the spot.  There is a small food concession there, so coffee and egg sandwiches can be had after 7am.

Still might be a little early yet. I don't think there are many crabs around yet?
If you go gives us a report please. Have fun!

I still haven't seen any by Norwalk.

There are plenty around in Old Saybrook/ Old Lyme Shellfish. I know you live a lot further west than that but you might have some luck. They haven't really started clinging to the pilings there, as I enjoy scooping them off, but I have been doing well with traps.

Good luck.

Hey, never heard back from you. If we see you Saturday morning we'll see you then, if not that's OK too. I do expect a good morning, and hope you can be involved. If not maybe another time?
