The wife wants me to make her soft shells for her birthday dinner. I've tried a few recipes on the internet but none of them where worth making again. Can anyone share there favorite way to make them? Thanks

Fry them in Butter   "do not bread them" ................then place on toasted bread or roll with lettuce, mayo and mators.
