Is there a reference page of Crab pot makers and their contact info?  I think I searched the whole forum but maybe I missed it if there is one.
Looking for at least 200 pots, within a reasonable drive from L.I., Folks we dealed with seemed to have gone out of business, and if anyone has a preference or favorite  maker, all opinions welcomed.

In Crisfield.....its a pretty neat place, even if you dont buy anything.....the town of Crisfield is an awesome place to visit!

I was just down there in Janurary.......Im not sure what your talking about.

I admit, I dont venture off of 413....but we do walk about the town and eat.

Very neat.....never had a problem.

I'll say, the town's abit sore about the decoy museum being in Salisbury....but other than that?

I remember when a magazine listed Camden NJ #1 for being something like the most dangerous city in the U.S.A.  The story was on the 6 o'clock news.  A Camden resident that objected to the story was being interviewed and I remember her saying that the city was improving and how they are planting gardens and such.  I don't know about you, but if I had to be taken to the ER for "lead poisoning"  the last thing on my mind would be how nice the new plants made the city look.... laugh laugh laugh 


There are a lot of concerts on the Camden waterfront, but if you venture a few blocks in land you  better be bulletproof.... 
Now I'm not saying that Crisfied is anything like Camden, however
the morel of this story is:  Be  careful out there...

My Dad builds them in midway,Georgia south of savannah.............Not in huge numbers but built by a 50 plus year veteran crabber and still crabs some when health allows.
