Another license question

Need some help with interpreting the rule.

My father in law purchased a rec boat license for his boat which should come with a complimentary license. Then he bought a rec crabbing license for himself.

If he and I go on the license boat together and I do not have a license, how many bushel can we catch?

1 bushel. Unless you bought a 5 dollar license as well. The boat license is also a crab license for him. So basically unless I read this wrong he bought himself 2 crab licenses.

The boat license is in his name so its the same as the 5 dollar license. If you buy the 5 dollar one you can take 2 bushel.

Thanks. That is what I thought. I told him to take his rec license back since he had one wiht the boat license. Just had to ask.
