Anyone have any experience with this 5 trap kit from ketchum trap ??

http://prostores2.carrierzone.com/servlet/WireMeshHeadquarters/Detail?no=53

the traps look good and for a 138 bucks shipped I would be saving on gas going to NB to pick them up..........

So it's $27.60 per trap (presumably before shipping) and you have to build them?!?    Double meh on that.     Angry

They look like crab POTS to me. @ $28 apiece, that aint such a bad deal. Aren't crab pots like $40 or $50 at the bait shops? Or.... if you have a lot of time on your hands, you can build your own.

I'm using Eagle Claw traps. They can be transported flat with floats to the side. Assembly and baiting takes less than a minute. Cannot help with price as my brother is a fishing equipment distributer in PA. Had no s&h as I picked them up while visiting up north. Nice heavy duty, no chicken wire.
