Get some freakin .
Quote:
Talbot County — The Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) has charged Joseph B. Janda Jr., 25, of Wittman, Md. with crabbing on a suspended license, possession of paraphernalia and possession of suspected heroin. On July 15 at 12:30 p.m., officers observed Janda using drugs and crabbing from a 20-foot homemade boat in Harris Creek.
This is the second time NRP has caught and charged Janda since his tidal fish license was suspended for five years January 13, 2010. Janda was also charged with possessing undersized crabs on June 19. Janda’s vessel has been seized pending a trial.
So I guess you have to be caught twice on a suspended license, with undersized crabs, and doing heroin before they take the boat.....at least now we know where the line is drawn.

That clown is in the papers every month for something.
"using drugs and crabbing" at the same time? This has to be a first.
