Our Texas crab population seems down to me in both crab numbers and size. I think they've all migrated to Louisiana.
Not really the case, got a buddy who crabs the Sabine river on the Texas side and is constantly pulling in nearly 800 lbs from 300 pots. And his pots never soak more than 3 days.

I've never crabbed in Louisiana and always catch my own crabs so I've never had them crabs. They look nice keep them coming.
