Headed out in the afternoon heat but wanted to catch the outgoing tide.  20 traps with chicken necks.  Set out just east of the power plant.  Only one other Crabber in sight.  After two runs had 18 keepers, then took a look at the other crabber, seems he was having some problems.  Took a ride over to him, and yes motor trouble, my little 6 hp Johnson towed him back to Gull Point.  By the time we got back to Crabbing most of the bait was gone and had to work for the remaining crabs I caught.  I can crab anytime but always glad to help out boaters in distress.  Ending up with 37 which was fine with me.  Enough to eat and did a good deed.

Good Crabbing to eveyone!

Helping others and catching crabs.   Doesn't get much better than that.

I've towed many a boat and the only thanks I want is for that person to return the favor to someone else one day.  We have to stick together!

You are a good man.  I was stranded once out by the power plant and thats a bad feeling. I called a buddy that lived near by & he came to the rescue.

Good job!
We were headed back one day and a squallcaught up to us before we got back.  Visibility was zero and we just missed a guy in a johnboat who couldn't start his motor.  Towed him back to the marina until the weather cleared.  Don't know what went through his mind as we narrowly missed hitting him but I know he was glad for the rescue
