We got one really decent crab in the four hours we were out this morning.  There were a lot of very young ones that were too small to keep.

We let it go as we were leaving, so I can't recall now, sorry.  Didn't seem worth it.

Maybe it was the bait!  I normally have been using chicken.  Yesterday, I had a pork neck bone tied to my little net, and I got over a dozen of them with that!

I am going out tomorrow morning on my boat to crab for the first time under the A1A Bridge near Indianalantic. What is considered a keeper? 4+ in?

nless all the crabs are small I don't like to keep them under 6.5 inches.
When they are running smalls then I try not to take any under 5.5 inches.

A 6.5 inch crab seems to have three times the meat of a 5.5 incher!
