Places other then Dividing Creek

I've gone to Dividing Creek the last couple of years with my kids and didn't have to good of luck. I hear this year is looking better but I looking for some place new. In the same though. Any word on Beaver Dam, or any other place. Cost,kid friendly, directions and mostly crabs. Thanks.

I don't know , but i WAS AT DIVIDING CREEK 2 WEEKS AGO AND CAUGHT 61 NICE CRABS THAT WERE KEEPERS 5 & 6 INCHES. had a lot of throw backs tho.

That being said I'd love to find another place in one of those "off limits" rivers near there where it's not as crowded.....

going to Beaver Dam this morning, the guy on the phone said to expect 1 to 1 1/2 bushels :-).

Well when we got to Beaver Dam this morning, They had sign up saying closed do to family illness, To bad they didn't bother to call me I had a reservation. Went down the road to dividing creek boat rentals, supposed to be open at 6am, 6:25 still no one there. Went across the street to Down by the Creek, Boat rentals. they were open and very friendly, real nice people. anyway the crabs were biting, got about 3/4 of a bushell kept a dozen and half 5 to 6 inchers. threw the rest back they were all barely leagel my wife calls them gravy crabs. all in all we had a great time catching them and left with enough for the four of us.was out 6 hours got a dozen and a half (of what i call keepers) pretty bad haul. But we had a great time, and thats what it is all about, for me anyway catch you down the line.
