We call em totes, we put 2,  50 pound flats of fish in them and beat em up with the Hammer..If it's frozen really hard they will break up like Glass with a couple of wacks with the hammer.

Gottcha...... I do the same thing with the bags of bunker I freeze. Course there are only 10 fish in a bag for me.  This spring I put the bunker in bags, then flatten them out before freezing.  So far it works good. All I have to do is drop the bunker bag on concrete a couple time and all the fish seperate.
