hello folks, we are heading down to Janes River state park for a fathers/sons  trip at the end of August. Does anyone know any good crabbing spots near chrisfield. Haven't been down there before. Thanks, Bryan

As a kid, we always did well in the "cut" right across the canal from the dock at the park. Also in the canal itself. Just have to keep your gear out of the way of the boat traffic. The last time I was there, I fished a tournament in September and there were still plenty of people crabbing. As I recall the crabs down there tend to run on the smaller side but there were plenty of them. Good Luck! Let us know how you do!
