A (shrimping) web site I belong to in Florida asked me to put something in about the proper technoque to eat a Blue Crab. I told them to pick it up and take a bite! Just kidding!

I just did a search here and came up empty. I thought I saw previously that some one here had scanned the proper technique page from the Carvel Hall Tru Pro knives. I can't find it.
I could also put something in off You Tube.

Any body have a link to that Carvel Hall page?  Thanks

Jim, apparently Carvel Hall is out of business, there is a carvelhall.com however it's a hub for various online sources.

I did find this link from VIMS: http://web.vims.edu/adv/ed/crab/pick.html

Thanks Bruce! That's a good link with pictures and a long narrative and one I already posted on their site.
The Carvel Hall brochure that comes with the knives was an abbreviated form of the same process.

There is also a pretty good You Tube video on picking at Claytons with Mike Rowe that I will add.

Mike doesn't stand a chance against a professional picker! My favorite video!
