Are these okay to eat? Does anyone have any experience with them? Also, do you guys think it's safe to eat a catch from Galilee?

wwwwoooooo....never heard of anybody eating green crabs...seems like they maybe a step above spider crabs.  I'd go for Blue Crabs

If it's the European Green Crab which has five "points" to the side of each eye, yes.
Because they only grow to about 3 inches, not much meat can be found and
 therefore not worth it for most.
