To all of the licensed TFL holders (which include LCCs).  EDF will be mailing out a postcard for you to vote for an individual of your choosing for 2 open seats on the Blue Crab Design Team to represent the independent crabbers.  If you would like for me to be one of the representatives, please let me know and I will give you my info.  The postcards will be sent directly to DNR for tallying.  They will need to be sent back by September 13th.  Over 5,ooo postcards will be sent, so I ask that you spread the word to others that you know.
