I am HOOKED! I steamed them with some salt water, some zatarans, some beer and some big gulf shrimp! Super good.

i steam white perch with crabs and corn, the perch is better then the crabs, i now have to steam alot more perch cause every one is hooked on them    furious2

yup...head scale and gut,steam them the same amount of time as the crabs.....you will be hooked also
