Empty cat litter container, well washed and aired out... just put the bag it came in outta the box into the bucket, and the whole shebang on a shelf in the basement. Stir it up and refill the smaller shakers as needed.

Wow does your cat prefer JO #1 or 2 in it's litter box....... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes laugh laugh laugh

I'm not ginger but I store in a 5 gal bucket with a tightly sealed lid in the basement.
          I do the same but I keep the bag that the 50 lb seasoning comes in,push out the air,wrap it up tight and store in the bucket in my crab refrig. in the garage. Seems to work well.

just dumped a jar of red pepper flakes into an old tub of JO seasoning

stirred it up and did a taste test and WOW does it taste good

brings it back to life
