nasty creatures....a flounder will wait by thier hole and wait for them to come out......then...poweeeeeee !!  had a few flounder throw them up when brought in the boat...never saw them live though.

My first expierence with them was years back on weakies....1 that I caught threw one up on deck....It was dead, but neat....I hooked it on and it didn't make it to bottom....caught about 3 or 4 on that 1 till it was gone...reminds me of a helgramite in body texture...both candy to fish

I have heard of them being pulled up sometimes in the Barnegat.  Very rare though.  Wonder if Rich can mount them  Wink
