That's an awful lot of horseshoe crabs.  I was reading through the regs and there aren't many states you can take that number for even with a comm license.  Most states taking that many even for a comm is a felony.  Good Luck finding them.  Interesting thing on the horseshoes at this link http://www.citizenscampaign.org/PDFs/HSC%20white%20paper.pdf
