There used to be one on the east side of Rt1 on the BroadKill River. I'm pretty sure they are still in operation.

You asking for the Chesapeake bay and its rivers or the Delaware Bay and its rivers? The one on the Broadkill in Delaware is the only one I can think of. Its just before the Rte 1 bridge over the Broadkill. I think everything else on the Delaware Bay and its rivers is public. I don't think theres anything for the Chesapeake in Delaware.  The canal would be the only thing and I don't know much about whats around there.

Rolph's Wharf on the Chester river($15), Martinak State Park on the Choptank(free public ramp, no permit necassary) and I think there may be some around Crab Alley.  Thats all i realy know of.  Do a Google search for Mayrland ramps or marinas and some should come up. If you don't get much info from here.

All the public ramps in Caroline and Dorchester counties are free. Rolphs on the Chester is a pay as you go. I'm not aware of any others that are per launch. Kent and Queen Anne's Counties both require a permit.

There  used to be a pay ramp in Bishops Head, Dorchester County, if I remember right. Near a packing house. Don't know if it's still there or not.
Been 10 years since I've been there
