Do you have a winter crabbing project for this year?
Mine is to outfit my pontoon boat with a propstick so I can run trotlines this year.

make a prop stick for my new duck boat..... never got it done this season.. but won't fool with it until march or April most likely...... clean up gear and get ready for next year.. after deer and goose season ends.. good stuff to do in February and Mzarch.. I usually go through all my fishing tackle and crabbign gear and cvelan up all my hunting gear before stowing it for next season............

Make some changes on Aphrodiasic. you all seen the boat i bought in the spring and i've crabbed her like i bought her to see what i needed to do. So new canopy ,which i bought already from a guy in easton, it's a little bigger and fiberglass- wood. removed leaning post which did nothing but get in the way of crabbin and a place to rest my azz.. it was acually a fishing center with tackle storage and live well with rod holders also, don't belong on a crab boat, it's for sale. will make new propstick if i get everything else done, considering an autodipper.

Replace shingles on my dog house. Purchase stainless steel water bowl. Purchase a new Nylabone. Catch and maul cat from up the street. Visit the groomer: Twice.
Fixed.

Ray, why are you moving side console to center? I want to know because i'm going to move my side console closer to the side but not touching gunnel. i'm also moving it back a little, 1-3 ft, not sure yet.

No reason other then preference. I take some people with the little boat who have never been before and they want to hand dip so it would be easier for me to have it in the center. On the side, you stand too far forward to dip and there isn't enough room in the back.

I just use a 250 gallon rubbermaid container. I think they are available at TSC. I use about 55 gallons of sea water and a aerator from petsmart. I have had nearly 80 peelers at a time in it.

55 gallon stock tanks work great. And they are cheap, last forever.

You will love a dipper. And you'll laugh at the crabs dropping in for at least 3 weeks.
