Just wondering if the Fish will still be Heart Healthy??

As reported by Fox45...

Researchers in Baltimore say they may have overcome a roadblock in efforts to satisfy the world's growing demand for seafood through fish-farming.

While more and more fish are being farmed to take pressure off wild stocks, environmentalists and fisheries experts say current fish-farming methods are not sustainable for many species. That's because they require smaller fish to be caught to feed the larger farmed fish.

Now, researchers at the Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology say they believe they have solved the problem by developing a plant-based diet for three popular saltwater fish -- striped bass, cobia and Mediterranean sea bream.

They say taste-testers can't tell the difference between fish raised on their plant-based diet and those raised on fish meal.
