Does anyone know of any butcher shops/ meat cutting facilities that sells pork cheap in the northern Baltimore, Carroll, Harford or Southern York County areas? We are looking to get about 50-70 pounds of high fat content, boneless pork for making venison sausage week after next.

Its not in the area you mentioned, but C&C in Upper marlboro (on 301 just past Bowie) may be worth a shot.  contact Rosana Santiago [rsantiago@ccmeatsales.com]. I just spoke to her about bull iips and chicken necks

Thanks TC! With the price of gas, it would be more economical for me to stay in this area for this small amount of meat. If I was looking for more, it may be worth the drive.

Bowmans in aberdeen.  I use to buy alot from them years ago but not sure how cheap they are now.  Also used to use a guy on Rt 40 right before you went into Northeast but I think he closed up a few years ago.
