Hi fellow crabbers,

I have planned a crabbing trip with some friends this friday.  we were supposed to go to captree, but they close at sunset!  Does anyone have any suggestions for good NIGHTTIME (10pm - midnight) crabbing?  I need locations in Long Island, NY only.  Thanks!

Sorry to say but, crabs tend to be dormant after the sun goes down.

yeah but you can still net them.... some of my best times crabbin are at night
