Eel Traps

Im looking some info on eel traps?  i was wondering where i could find some for sale. would like to have the box like ones. so if anyone has any info on where i could get some new or used ones that would be very helpful. im from lancaster pa but im in the rising sun md area quite a bit so around that area would be good. and i was told by a guy that sold out of eel traps at the watermans show, that he pokes holes in cat food cans and put that in the traps for bait?  is that really good bait to use. any help will be appreciated, thanks
