Decided to try some where diff this weekend. Went to Nantuxent creek in Newport Landing. Arrived about 6:30. No crowds. Found out why, no crabs. Crabbed for close to 3 hours and got 3 keepers.  Tongue  Highlight was seeing 3 Golden and 1 Bald Eagle. It's a shame there were no crabs because the peace and quiet was great.Pulled out and left. If you ever go there watch the ramp it's like straight down, what a *****. Lips Sealed

Drove to DC and put in about 9:45. Left at 2:30.Ended up with 38 total. Alot of heavies with a couple of 6's. We figure we would have had at least 50 if we went straight there but go can't find the new hot spots if you don't try them.
