Anyone know who sells the best local crabmeat.  I make a great cream of crab soup and I bought some crab meat packed somewhere in asia and the soup just was not the same.  I always use the meat we pick down from our crabbing trips and its fantastic.  Also what are some of the prices you guys have encountered.

you will not find any local crab meat this time of the year in md and I agree the [curd] you buy in the grocery stores is nasty...
