Need a place to crabbing

Hi

First i have to  say is that this is a good forum, better than mine forum, even though i'm using the same SMF.
Anyway.

My question is where can i go crabbing in NEw york City?  I have searched in Google, but couldnt come up with any info. Also, can you eat those crabs when you catch them ?

I don't know what the population of blue crabs are like in Northeastern America but any where with salty or brackish water should have crabs.
