Saw some folks handlining w/ chicken necks on a pier in a creek off the Neuse river this am. They had a about 2 1/2 doz. by 10am. Most were small but did have 4 or 5 that were at least 6 1/2" or better. Guess it's time for me to dust off my nets & get at it.
