Weed I have not been down to Chincoteague in several years.. It is obvious I better go sometime soon.. maybe even drop in on old Pop pop and say hi.....
I went down there July 13th last year on a day trip fron OC. I could not believe how different it looked. The new bridge going in is really huge. After seeing Jack's pictures, we went out to the NP and saw how bad the beach was. It really was gone, just a parking lot.
On a good note, I bought some great shrimp from a guy that day who had a truck and carport setup, 10lbs for $25.
