Was thinking about going down near fortescue this weekend to try crabbing by land with a bunch of ring traps with chicken necks, would i be wasting my time or not? the water temps are up near the 60's so they should be starting to run, would i be wasting my time? thoughts please

Might as well go if you're not doing anything.  Did you find the bunker you were looking for? If not you can hit the B&T shop in Fairton, it's kinda close to where you're headed.

Talked to my friend who runs a boat out of Fortesque. He verified that they started catching keepers on Tuesday, not alot, around a dozen or so, but dark and meaty. It looks like it game time. (Especially good to go before the worst of the bugs emerge.)
