I've been on Living Classrooms boats when they drop a dredge and net overboard for the school kids. They haul all sorts of stuff up, perch, spot, hog chokers, clams, zebra mussels, wierd sponges, crabs, minnows. I have also caught bait fish and stuff in my cast net at our pier in the harbor. There are schools of spot around our pier's pilings all summer.
