I'm David & I've been crabbing since starting in the late 60's on Hilton Head Island,SC. Since then, just everytime we used to camp on the Atlantic coast and in recent years, whenever we rent a place more often on the Panhandle of FL. I use a box type trap bought from a commercial supplier near St. George Island FL a number of years ago. Bought a big gill net back then too, but that's put away till the SHTF
