Took my canoe out to do some hand lining off the back creek, I stayed shallow and only got a few crabs.  Moved to my pier later in the morning and pulled up 8 small jimmy's and only two over 5".  All were pulled in water about 5' and the going was slow but with the abundant sunshine they were hitting faster but didn't like to stay on the line when I pulled it up.  Nothing great but it is a great first step for the season!
