I finally found one…Beretta CX4. I wanted the 9mm model but settled for the .40 and I love it.  Seems like you cannot get these things anywhere. I hear that they have stopped making them in Italy and production will move to the US next year, don’t quote me on that.
They are so much fun to shoot. Simple, easy, accurate, and just flat out cool. Mine came with two PX4 14 round mags, which was a nice surprise. I ordered the front grip and barrel shroud from Beretta. My son and I took this thing to the range this past Friday and it was a head turner. Smooth and accurate right out of the box. If you can find one, get it! You will love it…Does anyone here have one?
Once I get the grip and shroud on, I’ll post a pic. Should be in this week.
Also have an XD .40 which I love – just got the Viridian green laser for that beast, works amazing!
Pick up my 92A1 this Friday, can’t wait. Next on my list is the FNP 45 Tactical.
I you can see, I am hooked. So, glad my favorite forum has a place for gun talk.

I hope that's it. If so, good to see jobs coming into the US for a change.

Ok, so here is the stock pic. I will add all of the coolness and post the pimped version later this week.

Nice!  I looked hard at the CX4 but went with a JRC cause I already had a Glock 18.  Both use the 33 round Glock mag. That made the decision for me.

Pistol caliber guns are fun. Plus a pistol caliber bullet out of a rifle really womps compared to the pistol or revolver. One of my favorites is my short barrel lever gun in .357 that shares ammo with my GP100.

So, if your purchasing that firearm, are you purchasing a rifle or a handgun? Regarding paperwork/wait?

Jack - I looked at the JRC. I really like it..maybe down the road.  I really wanted the 9mm CZ4 for the same mag reason...would be able to use my 92A1 mags in it...plus, it's little cheaper to shoot. But now that I have it. I really like the .40 version.

Chris - it is considered a long gun. You still have to fill out the fed papers and have the instant background check but it is cash and carry my brother!!!! Which is sweet...I'm in MD and buying a regulated handgun is a PITA!!! I pick up my 92A1 this Friday and will have to wait 30-days before I can get my next gun, which will be the FNP .45 Tac.

Sounds good! I most likely won't get out until late July due to my son's lacrosse schedule. He is on 4 teams now for this spring.......

i can relate. we were doing baseball, cross country, and basketball between both boys, 4 nights a week and Saturdays...i had no time for anything. the oldest is now in college and my youngest quit everything except basketball. spring b-ball starts 4/20 but it's only one night a week. it was hectic at times but i wouldn't trade it for the world.

with rockfish season starting soon, i won't be crabbing until late May or June.
i plan to fish more this year...will post my results and pics for the guys on the board.

good luck with lacrosse!
